Wavelength – a mental health music-making project for young people aged 12-18

Do you know a young person who is struggling with their mental health (either with a diagnosed condition or on an early intervention basis)?

If so, we have a free music and wellbeing programme called Wavelength, led by experienced music leaders who are Mental Health First Aiders.

Young people on the programme will receive a series of one-to-one sessions and access to group activities.

For more info, email us on info@quench-arts.co.uk or head to www.quench-arts.co.uk/opportunities to download a simple referral form.

The new project year starts in February and ends in December. We will accept referrals on an ongoing basis but referrals received early will enable young people to access more activity.
